Launched in May 2013 by celebrity chef Jet Tila, chef de cuisine Scott Okazaki and and creative obeyjef, the shop was located in the Chinatown District at 3735 Spring Mountain Road. It was highly regarded for introducing Taiwanese-style shaved snow (xue hua bing) to the mainstream Las Vegas dessert scene. Chef Jet Tila officially shuttered the location in February 2016 as a business decision to focus on licensing and other markets
